Afiah Hafiz has worked in various roles in the past 12 years. In 2018, they were a Consultant (Marketing & Public Relations) at SPIN Analytics, where they provided consultancy on predictive analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques on Big Data. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at Healthtravelia, where they are establishing and managing the entire portal in providing a one-stop health tourism marketplace for accredited healthcare providers and wellness centers across Asia.

Afiah Hafiz received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nottingham University Business School between 2011 and 2013. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Industrial and Product Design from RMIT University between 2004 and 2007.
