Neringa Š. has extensive experience in project management and leadership roles, currently serving as a Project Manager at Spin CRM since August 2015. Previously, Neringa held various senior positions at kevin., including Head of Customer Care and Sales Engineering, Head of Sales Engineering, and Process Management Officer from November 2022 to November 2024. At BARBORA Lietuva, Neringa worked from January 2021 to October 2022, taking on roles such as Head of IT Development, Acting CTO, Head of Product, and Scrum Master. Neringa's expertise includes coaching teams on Agile methodologies, facilitating training and workshops, and driving continuous improvement. Additional roles prior to these include Scrum Master at Swedbank and project management positions at CGI Lithuania and Cargo.lt, with foundational experience as a Business Development Manager. Neringa holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and Management from Mykolas Romeris University and has completed high school education at Švenčionėlių Mindaugo gimnazija and Annerstaskolan.
