Operations Team

The Operations Team at SPIN Inc. is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services and programs for individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities. This team oversees adult services, children’s programs, and residential services, coordinating operations, finance, and communications to enhance organizational performance. They work collaboratively to implement strategic initiatives, improve program quality, and facilitate inclusive early childhood education across Philadelphia and the Lehigh Valley.
