Amanda Bright

Amanda Bright has extensive work experience in the product development and engineering field. Amanda started their career at Zimmer Biomet in 2005, where they worked as a Development Engineer for Custom Products until 2006. Amanda then joined Alliance Spacesystems as a Manufacturing Engineer from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Mattel, Inc. and held various roles including Product Development Engineer, Manager, and Senior Manager for Barbie until 2017. Since 2017, they have been working at Spin Master, starting as a Senior Manager of Product Development and later progressing to Director and Senior Director of Process & Product Development Engineering. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Product Development.

Amanda Bright holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Additionally, they obtained a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in 2022.
