Emil Thorose

Emil Thorose serves as the Director of Global Sourcing at Spin Master since January 2019. Prior to this role, Emil worked at Rogers Communications from October 2006 to May 2018, where responsibilities included directing procurement department transformation and leading a team of 25 professionals with a budget exceeding $10M. Emil also held the position of Senior Manager for Procurement focused on network hardware and services, managing a portfolio spend between $400M and $500M annually. Earlier career experience includes serving as Strategic Outsourcing Manager at Bell Canada from 2001 to February 2006, achieving significant cost reductions across various technology vendor contracts. Emil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Specialist Environmental Science from the University of Toronto, earned between September 1991 and May 1996.
