Eric Wong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and SAP systems. Currently serving as the EDI Team Lead in Global IT at Spin Master Corp since October 2015, Eric is responsible for day-to-day EDI support, implementation of EDI customers, and troubleshooting SAP IDOC errors, among other duties. Previously, as an SAP/EDI Consultant at CONTAX Inc. from July 2014 to October 2015, Eric provided technical support for EDI transactions and was involved in the mapping and testing of EDI integrations with SAP systems.
