Heather Kleiman, CHRL, CHRP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Spin Master since July 2022, Heather partners strategically with over 250 employees in Toy Sales & Marketing across North America and Entertainment. Prior to this, Heather was the Director of Human Resources at DNA Genotek, overseeing HR for over 300 global employees, and held the position of Senior Manager, Talent Advisory at Deloitte Canada, providing comprehensive HR support in talent management. Heather also managed career development for over 400 employees at Halsall Associates, now part of WSP, and began a career in HR as a recruiter at Procom and a Human Resources Assistant at Hydro Ottawa. Heather holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Carleton University, with concentrations in Strategic Human Resources Management and Marketing.
