Hedley Barnes

Hedley Barnes has over 18 years of experience in leadership roles within the toy and entertainment industries. Currently serving as SVP International at Spin Master since November 2010, Hedley has managed operations across Northern Europe, Central Eastern Europe, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Benelux. Previously, Hedley held various positions at Upper Deck International B.V. from 2008 to 2010, including VP Sales, where responsibilities included driving sales strategy across EMEA, Oceania, and Latin America. Prior roles include Managing Director for Northern Europe and Oceania, and UK Managing Director at Upper Deck, as well as Sales Director at Paramount Home Entertainment, demonstrating a strong track record in business strategy and revenue generation. Hedley holds a BSc in Maths and Management from the University of Leeds, obtained in 1994.
