Jane Bradley, MEd, has extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and human resources, currently serving as the Sr Director of Global Organizational Effectiveness at Spin Master since February 2020. Prior to this role, Jane held several positions at TD, including Director of Colleague Experience and Sr. HR Business Partner, and served as Director of Human Resources and Talent Management at Direct Energy. Jane's career began at American Express, where roles included Sr Manager of Learning & Organizational Effectiveness. Jane holds a Master of Education in Workplace Learning & Change, a Bachelor of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts, all from the University of Toronto.
