Joy Lee is a skilled designer with significant experience in the toy and fashion industries. Currently serving as a Senior Designer at Spin Master since October 2023, Joy leads the development of softline intellectual property and oversees a plush launch for Fall 2025. Prior to this role, Joy worked at Mattel, Inc. as a Designer, where excellent time management and expertise in licensed fashion doll development were demonstrated. Joy's experience also includes positions at Aurora World, Inc. and Jakks Pacific, where responsibilities encompassed managing licensed products and developing consumer goods for various IPs. An educational background from the Otis College of Art and Design culminated in a Bachelor of Arts degree, complemented by further studies in interaction design.
