Michael Li is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in the juvenile products industry. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Quality and Jiaxing Operations at Spin Master since May 2018, Michael previously held the position of Quality Director at Dorel Juvenile from February 2009 to May 2018, overseeing quality development, assurance, improvement, and regulatory compliance for infant and toddler products in global markets. Prior to that, Michael worked as a Quality Manager at Mattel, Inc. from September 1994 to February 2009. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Sun Yat-sen University - Lingnan College and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
