Ranjit Dhutti (nee Gohler) is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in brand management and marketing strategy in the toys and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as the UK Marketing Manager for MGA Entertainment since November 2022, Ranjit is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for the L.O.L. Surprise brand. Prior to this role, Ranjit spent several years at Spin Master Corp as a Senior Brand Manager, successfully managing and launching numerous brands such as Hatchimals and Kinetic Sand. Ranjit also held significant positions at LeapFrog, Plum Baby, and United Biscuits, where notable achievements include driving substantial social media engagement and enhancing brand visibility. Ranjit holds a Master of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies and Media & Cultural Studies from Middlesex University.
