Ryan Hagan

Ryan Hagan has a comprehensive work experience in the field of IT infrastructure and operations. Ryan is currently working as the Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations at Spin Master since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Network Operations Manager and IT Operations Manager at American Iron & Metal (AIM) from May 2021 to December 2022. Ryan Hagan had a long tenure at Samuel, Son & Co. where they held various positions from 2000 to 2021, including the roles of Director of Integrated Technical Services, Sr. Manager of Technical Services, Manager of Technical Services, Sr. Analyst/Team Lead of Technical Services, Technical Services Analyst, Enterprise Services Analyst, Network Support Analyst, and Client Services Analyst.

Ryan Hagan attended Mohawk College from 1996 to 2000, where they studied Networking in the field of Information Technology. Ryan also obtained a certification in "Putting ITIL® Into Practice: Applying ITIL® 4 Foundation Concepts" from LinkedIn in 2021.
