Sandra Ironside

Sandra Ironside serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for North America at Spin Master since August 2020, where responsibilities include HR Business Partnership, compliance, and employee relations across the region, supporting multiple C-level leaders. Previously, Sandra held various roles at BlackBerry, culminating as Senior Director & HR Business Partner, and significantly contributed to HR strategy during numerous mergers and acquisitions. Early career experience includes extensive HR roles at Nortel, where Sandra led global HR teams in managing significant restructuring efforts and integration processes. Sandra holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Labour-Management Relations from McGill University.
