Thomas White

Thomas White has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Thomas has held senior roles in various companies such as Spin Master, Wayfair, Pet Valu, Gap Inc./Gap Inc. Direct, Rubbermaid Canada, ACCO Brands Canada Inc., Pepsi Bottling Group, and Pepsi-Cola Canada.

Some of their notable achievements include overseeing the start-up and operation of large-scale warehouse operations, leading turnarounds to improve operational effectiveness and cost reduction, implementing best practices in warehousing and logistics, and delivering high customer satisfaction.

Thomas has proven skills in project management, change management, team leadership, and optimization of manufacturing and distribution processes. Thomas has also been involved in negotiating collective agreements and implementing technology solutions such as robotic picking systems. Overall, Thomas White has accumulated a wealth of experience in supply chain management and warehouse operations.

Thomas White attended the University of Waterloo from 1983 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Systems Design Engineering. Thomas then pursued further education at the same university from 1988 to 1989, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. In 1991, Thomas obtained certification as a Professional Engineer from the Professional Engineers Ontario.
