SPIN combines smart tags, space sensing, and an operating system to give every item a living digital identity.
Turning product events into automation, compliance, and lifecycle revenue.

We are building the operating system for physical products — transforming them into intelligent, connected network nodes for Physical AI.

SPIN brings products and spaces online, enabling companies to track, verify, and automate operations across the full lifecycle, from production to retail, after-sales, and resale.

At the core, SPIN OS unifies RFID (NFC + UHF), sensing infrastructure, and AI agents into a single system that turns real-world product activity into structured data, events, and automated actions.

Every product becomes:
	•	a uniquely identifiable asset
	•	a real-time data source
	•	a programmable interface
	•	an AI-operable node in a global network

This unlocks:
	•	autonomous operations
	•	built-in compliance (DPP)
	•	new lifecycle revenue streams

We work with leading global brands and institutions including LVMH, Kering, Vogue, H&M, Galeries Lafayette, Grand Palais, PIACENZA 1733, and SAITEX, and collaborate with partners such as PwC, Deloitte, NVIDIA, and the European Union.

SPIN OS powers initiatives such as the EU-funded Horizon TRICK project, contributing to Digital Product Passport (DPP) standards and enabling enterprises to meet upcoming EU regulations by 2027.

Our mission is connect the world’s objects to people and intelligence, making them trusted and valuable to society.
