Spinach (erstwhile OfExperiences) is a people advisory firm.

We partner with organisations through critical moments of transition - helping leaders grow, teams evolve, and organisations build strength that holds under pressure. We work globally, with clients who understand that people aren't a peripheral concern. They are the strategy.

The name isn't accidental. Spinach is a superfood that enhances the body's ability to absorb existing nutrients. That's precisely what we do with people and organisations. The potential is rarely missing. It needs the right conditions, the right nourishment, to come through. We create those conditions.

Our work spans across six core areas:
• Organisation Development: building the frameworks, systems, and structures that guide people and talent decisions at scale
• Leadership Development: preparing leaders for larger mandates, sharper judgement, and the complexity that comes with growth
• Career Navigation: supporting individuals through career choices, lateral moves, and moments of professional reinvention
• Change Management: helping organisations and their people move through change with clarity, not just compliance
• Capability & Behavioural Building: strengthening the skills, mind set, and behaviours linked to real roles and real work
• Working Parent & Life Transitions: supporting people through the life moments that organisations too often overlook

Every intervention we design is built on three things: Insight into the real context, Information that is targeted and relevant, and Introspection that makes it personal. Together, they don't just deliver learning — they deliver Impact.

At Spinach, we help you -
Transition. Transform. Thrive.
