Beth Peralta

Beth Peralta is currently the Head of HR and Senior Director of Human Resources at Spinal Elements, where they lead the HR function and build the people strategy for the organization. With over 20 years of experience, Beth previously served as the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader at Teradata and held several HR leadership positions at companies such as Janssen, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Cue Health. They have a strong focus on talent development, employee engagement, and creating inclusive workplace cultures. Beth is also pursuing a B.A. in Political Science at the University of San Diego while obtaining a Human Resources Certification from the University of California, San Diego.
