Caroline Lepiane

Caroline Lepiane has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, spanning multiple companies over the years. Caroline started as a Senior Cost Accountant at 3Com in 1996, then held roles at companies like Nortel Networks, XO Communications, and Connetics Corporation before becoming a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Spinal Elements in 2022. Throughout their career, they have held progressively senior roles, showcasing strong financial management skills.

Caroline Lepiane completed their Bachelor of Science in Financial Management at Clemson University from 1984 to 1988. Caroline then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business at Thunderbird School of Global Management from 1989 to 1990.
