Iris W. has a extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Iris started their career as a Junior Customer Support Engineer Intern at Nortel Networks in 1998. Iris then worked as a Junior Software Engineer (Intern) at Glenayre Electronics Inc in 2000. Iris further gained experience as a Network Administrator at The University of British Columbia in 2002 and as a System Design Engineer at Pro-Dex, Inc. in 2003. Iris then transitioned to the role of Residential Property Manager at Inter-Management from 2004 to 2013. Iris joined Medtronic in 2004, holding positions such as Clinical Research Specialist and Senior Field Clinical Engineer until 2019. Iris worked as a Foreclosure Acquisition Manager in the Real Estate industry from 2013 to 2015 before moving to Penumbra, Inc. as a Senior Field Clinical Engineer from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they serve as the Director of Clinical Marketing at Spinal Elements since June 2021.
