Ryan Arce is a dynamic engineering leader currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Spinal Elements. They have a successful track record in project management and product development across various medical device companies, including roles at TranS1, Alphatec Spine, and the Surgeon Design Center. Ryan has collaborated closely with surgeons to design and launch innovative products, demonstrating expertise in design controls, regulatory filings, and surgical support. They hold a Master’s degree in Bioengineering from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Iowa.
