The leadership team at Spinal Elements has a wide range of experience in the medical device industry. The team has experience working in product development, finance, and management. They have also worked for a variety of companies, including NuVasive, Alphatec Spine, Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics, and Novatrix. The team is also well-educated, with degrees in mechanical engineering and math from Christian Brothers University.
