Cale Cadman

Cale Cadman is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as Area Vice President of Sales for the Eastern US at Spinal Simplicity since December 2024, Cale previously held the position of Area Vice President of Sales at Vertos Medical, where annualized revenue was successfully doubled from $24.6 million to a projected $48 million. Prior roles at Vertos included Regional Sales Director and District Sales Manager, with notable achievements such as increasing annualized revenue from $1.5 million to $8 million over three years. Earlier in the career, Cale was a Territory Manager at Boston Scientific, recognized as a Presidents Club Winner in 2015 and serving as a Field Sales Trainer from 2014 to 2017. Cale earned a degree from Bucknell University, completing studies in May 2010.
