Heather joins with over 10 years of experience in various Human Resource roles from startup businesses to large Fortune 500 companies. Heather graduated from Butler University – Indianapolis, Indiana with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice with a Minor in Political Science. After graduating college Heather began her career in Retail Management being visual merchandise trainer and area manager trainer. After successfully driving and increasing sales at various retail companies, Heather moved her career to Human Resouces.
Heather brings experience in the implementation of the onboarding process of new hires, recruiting, benefits, and other Human Resource programs.
