Randall Mays is a US businessman, investor, and philanthropist currently serving as the CEO of Running M Capital and Co-Managing Partner of Mays Family Enterprises. Randall holds the position of Chairman on the board of Live Nation Entertainment and has been influential in various organizations, including Digital Defense, the Mind Science Foundation, and the Mays Family Foundation. Randall began their career at Goldman Sachs before joining Clear Channel Communications, where they spent nearly 20 years and held leadership roles, including Vice Chairman and President. A graduate of Harvard Business School, Randall is also involved in initiatives focused on neuroscience and consciousness, including the NeuroElasticity Project and the non-profit group Sankalpa.
