Dave Burwick

Dave Burwick is the Chief Executive Officer of Spindrift Beverage Co., Inc., a role they have held since 2025. They serve as a trustee for the Grant W. Koch Scholarship Fund (2023–present) and as a board member for Deckers Brands (2021–present) and BJ's Wholesale Club (2024–present). Previously, they were President and CEO of The Boston Beer Company from 2018 to 2024 and President & CEO of Peet's Coffee from 2012 to 2018. Their career also includes executive marketing roles at PepsiCo, including Chief Marketing Officer, PepsiCo Americas Beverages (2008–2009), and leadership at Weight Watchers (President, North America, 2010–2012). They earned an MBA from Harvard Business School (1987–1989) and a BA cum laude in History from Middlebury College (1979–1983), plus study of History as a junior year abroad at The University of Edinburgh (1981–1982).
