Spine Excellence was founded by leading spine surgeon, Ashley Poynton, and Pilates expert, Christian Fruergaard. It provides a innovative and holistic approach to the diagnosis and management of spinal pain with a strong emphasis on exercise, rehabilitation and restoration of functional movement. 
A comprehensive spinal services enables assessment and treatment of even the most complex cases.
The first Spine Excellence clinic opened in July 2020 at 9 Lonsdale Rd, Castletroy, Plassey, Co. Limerick, Ireland.
