Jesse Hersh

Jesse Hersh has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and support, currently serving as Manager of IT Infrastructure and previously as IT Technician at Spine Wave, Inc. since November 2017. Responsibilities include managing network devices, overseeing SSL VPN implementation, administering WLAN and server environments, and handling Cloud VOIP systems. Prior to Spine Wave, Jesse worked as IT Support Analyst III at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, providing hands-on hardware support, managing accounts, and ensuring smooth IT operations for new employees. Earlier experience as Desktop Support Analyst II at Kuehne + Nagel involved active directory administration, remote support, and desktop management. Jesse holds a B.A. in English from the University of Connecticut.
