Joe Desantis

Joe DeSantis has extensive work experience in supply chain management. Joe has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.

From 2016 onwards, Joe has been working as the Supply Chain Director at Spine Wave, Inc. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager and Supply Chain Planning Manager at the same company. During their tenure at Spine Wave, Joe was responsible for upgrading supply chain planning processes and implementing various metrics to monitor the overall supply chain status. Joe also implemented the Material Requirements Planning Module in the SAP Business One Software.

Before joining Spine Wave, Joe worked at Watson Laboratories, Inc. where they served as the Associate Director of Supply Management. Joe led a team to enter material and supplier master data into the company's ERP systems and coordinated the supply side of the S&OP process. Joe also held the role of Manager, Outsourced Products at Watson Laboratories.

Prior to Watson Laboratories, Joe worked at Schein Pharmaceutical in various roles including Procurement Manager, Project Manager, Manufacturing Planner/Master Scheduler, Manufacturing Supervisor, and Statistical Process Engineer.

Joe also has experience working at LATICRETE International as a Technical Writer and at GE as a Planner.

Overall, Joe DeSantis has a strong background in supply chain management, with a focus on planning, procurement, and process improvement.

Joe DeSantis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management from Clarkson University from 1989 to 1993. Joe then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from Western Connecticut State University, completing it from 1995 to 1999. As for additional certifications, Joe DeSantis is a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from the Institute for Supply Management and is also Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS.
