Currently serving as the Senior Director of R&D and Manufacturing at Spine Wave Inc., Scott leads a team focused on the development of advanced spinal technologies, having previously completed significant design projects in various roles across the industry. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Central Connecticut State University, which underpins their approach to problem-solving and team leadership.
