Darren Souter

Darren Souter is the Solution Architect for SpinifexIT, responsible for guiding the product direction within the organization. With over 27 years of experience in the HCM area, including 20 years specifically in SAP HCM, Darren has held various roles in development, functional configuration, and leadership. Previously, Darren worked as a Development Team Lead at Mantrack Systems and as a Support Team Lead at CSC. In their current role, Darren focuses on the future of SAP HCM, particularly concerning the transition of existing on-premise customers to SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and Employee Central Payroll.
