Scott Callender is the SVP Business Development at Spinn. Prior to their current position, they served as the Vice President of Marketing and Consumer Strategy at La Marzocco from May 2013 to October 2021. Scott has also worked as an MBA Marketing Consultant at AppFog and as an MBA Candidate at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

At La Marzocco, Scott was responsible for researching and developing baseline marketing metrics, analyzing metrics to make recommendations on traffic growth strategies, tracking the effectiveness of different online media outlets, and making proposals for future media placements. Scott also developed KPIs and funnel metrics for marketing to measure performance, which the marketing team adopted for weekly performance reporting to the executive team. In addition, Scott conducted primary market research that identified market segments and customer profiles that increased marketing spend ROI.

Scott’s experience in marketing and business development makes him a valuable asset to Spinn. Their skills in market research, metric development, and performance tracking are sure to help Spinn continue to grow and succeed.

Scott Callender has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, an MBA from SDA Bocconi, and a certificate in Art Direction from The Creative Circus. Scott also has a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Graphic Design, Advertising, and Marketing from Southern Adventist University.
