Lalit Tapen

Lalit Tapen serves as the Head of Inside Sales at Spinny since September 2021, where responsibilities include directing the Inside Sales function, overseeing L2V conversions for the retail business, and managing a remote team of over 200 consultants and team leaders. Prior to this role, Lalit held various positions at OYO from September 2015 to August 2021, including Area Business Head, Area Supply Manager, and Project Manager, contributing significantly to regional expansions and operational improvements. Lalit has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and an Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NIT Meghalaya.
