Nir Ronen

Nir Ronen has extensive experience in business development and legal advisory roles. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Spinomenal since April 2018, Nir has held various titles within the company, including Director of Business Development and Business Development Manager. Prior to joining Spinomenal, Nir worked as an Associate at Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co. Advocates, providing legal advice to a range of clients, including startups and financial institutions. Nir’s earlier experience includes a legal internship at FBC - Fischer Behar Chen Well Orion & Co, where investment rounds and advisory for startup companies were key responsibilities, as well as a role as a Banking & Finance Analyst at Adkit, focusing on digital banking. Nir also contributed to academia as a Teacher Assistant for contract law at Tel Aviv University, where a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) was obtained in 2013.
