Thomas Margraf has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Thomas successfully transitioned the product from technology readiness level (TRL) 6 to 9, resulting in a 67% reduction in manufacturing costs and the award of a 10-year sole source contract. Additionally, they played a key role in the launch and operation of a 20,000 sq-ft manufacturing facility. Thomas then joined Spintech, LLC in 2010 as the Director of Engineering & Operations, where they pioneered the development of game-changing shape memory polymer technologies for various industries.
