Rishu Shrivastav's work experience starts in 2019 with an internship at Mrinq Technologies, where they learned the basics of API development and authentication. In 2020, they joined Mrinq Technologies as a Frontend Developer, building UI prototypes and interfaces using Angular 7 and integrating APIs. Later in 2020, they joined Spintly as a Software Engineer, working on UI interfaces with Angular 7, hosting static sites on AWS, and developing features for a SaaS platform. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Software Development Engineer at Spintly, where they designed and developed micro-services, extensively used Nodejs/Express and PostgreSQL for REST API development, and integrated various AWS services. In 2022, they became a Module Lead at Spintly, taking ownership of a module, gathering requirements, and building a team. Currently, they hold the position of Lead - Software Delivery at Spintly, working with cross-functional teams in delivering products, managing projects, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Rishu Shrivastav completed their primary and high school education at St. Thereza's Convent High School. They then attended Guardian Angel Higher Secondary School in India from 2015 to 2017, where they completed their higher secondary education with a focus on science. Following this, Rishu pursued a diploma in Computer Engineering from Agnel Polytechnic between 2017 and 2020.
