Gianna Serra

Gianna Serra has worked in various roles since 2013. Gianna began their career as an Office Manager at Production Packaging, Inc. where they managed daily bookkeeping functions for a $1M business, created invoices to be sent to clients, and managed and kept record of incoming and outgoing inventory. In 2015, they joined the Youngstown Business Incubator as a Client Services Manager, Entrepreneur Research Coordinator, and Founder of the So Good Entrepreneurship Program. So Good is a program within the Youngstown Business Incubator, focused on educating and inspiring Social Good entrepreneurs through events and resources. Most recently, in 2020, Gianna joined Spinwheel as a Product Manager.

Gianna Serra attended Youngstown State University from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Gianna also completed minors in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
