Dave Lester

Dave Lester has extensive experience in user experience, starting with their role as EVP User Experience at On3, where they helped connect college sports communities through a media platform and technology solutions. Dave also held the same role at Outsider and Spiny.ai. Prior to that, Dave was the Owner of DML Creative, LLC and Co-Owner of Hello Krystof and Golfbert. Dave then transitioned into senior user experience roles, working as a Senior User Experience Designer at QuoteWizard, CBS Interactive, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). At 247Sports, Dave also served as EVP User Experience.

Dave Lester attended Pacific Lutheran University from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design.
