Jieqi Lin has worked in various roles since 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Research Assistant at Shan Tou University. In 2014, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Colorado State University. In 2015, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer and a Mechatronics Engineer Intern at MetStat, Inc. Since 2017, they have worked as a Systems Engineer, QA Lead, and Engineering Support Intern at Spirae. As QA Lead, they managed a team of QA Engineers to ensure the product delivery, provided guidance and set expectations for international team members, handled QA activities for multiple projects, and lead a team of developers to build test automation tools. Jieqi Lin has an extensive educational background. From 2010 to 2014, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Shantou University. In 2012, they attended the Gordon Engineering Leadership Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they studied Mechanical Engineering. In 2013, they participated in the Semester at Sea Program at the University of Virginia, where they studied Global Comparative Education. From 2014 to 2016, they obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University. In 2016, they obtained their Engineer Intern Certification from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies. In 2019, they obtained their Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the same institution. Finally, in 2020, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
