Caroline Ellis

Caroline Ellis is the Early Careers Manager at Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, responsible for the Global Graduate Leadership Development Programme. Prior to this, Caroline was the Group Recruitment Manager at the same company. Before joining Spirax-Sarco, Caroline worked as the Recruitment Manager at Vets4Pets and Companion Care, and at MyKindaFuture as the Head of Graduate Recruitment. Caroline also has experience at Hays as a Senior Manager and Manager, focusing on education divisions. Caroline started their career as a Conference Co-Ordinator at First Choice Conference & Events. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from the University of Gloucestershire.
