Leila Lodwick

Leila Lodwick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investor relations and corporate tax. Currently serving as an Investor Relations Executive and Corporate Tax Specialist at Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc since September 2018, Leila previously held significant roles at Deloitte from September 2006 to September 2018, advancing to Associate Director while managing various projects related to risk management, tax audits under IFRS, US GAAP, and UK GAAP, as well as compliance and SOX implementation. Additionally, in September 2013, Leila volunteered as a Finance Consultant for Phare Ponleu Selpak through Accounting for International Development, providing training on budgeting and best practices. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) from Cambridge University, ACA from ICAEW, and CTA from the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
