Spire is a decision science startup developing software and training systems to help individuals sharpen decision-making, leadership, and mental resilience. As technology increases the pace and volume of information that leaders must process, Spire aims to shift the conversation from how quickly we can track new data to how we can train ourselves to respond to that data more effectively.

Our flagship product, Mentor, is a digital platform that delivers “reps and sets” for the mind—training users to build clarity, composure, and cognitive endurance for high-stakes environments. Currently in beta, Mentor is set to launch publicly in Winter 2026.

Spire’s approach blends behavioral science with strategic practice. We are led by a multidisciplinary team with expertise in military leadership, systems thinking, software development, game design, sound art, and strategic communications—translating real-world experience into scalable tools for cognitive performance and leadership development.

We are targeting the fast-growing markets of human performance, digital learning, and professional development with software purpose-built for today’s high-pressure challenges.

Founded in the Green Mountains of Vermont, Spire is privately held and mission-driven.
