Spire Wellness is a corporate wellness company that believes in achieving measurable results, overall well-being and impacting a company’s culture for each business and its employees. Spire Wellness has facilitated employers and individuals to improve and maintain healthy habits by developing and implementing customized, overall well-being strategies. After identifying a need in the marketplace for a “hands on” personalized corporate wellness model, we built a consultative approach focused on integrating health into every aspect of the organization's culture. We believe that wellness is not only an employee benefit, but an important part of the overall business strategy. Spire Wellness works with nationally recognized organizations such as CNO Financial, Hillenbrand, Ortho Carolina, Comlux, Conner Insurance, IMMI and more to build tailored programs that support their unique culture, goals, employee health and make well-being a top priority.

Our clients are all unique and thus the wellness strategies and mix of services are different. Through this investment, our clients see measurable employee success, along with reduction in medical costs, a more engaged workforce, higher job satisfaction and increased productivity across the organization. At Spire, we are in the achievement business.
