Jill Pace is a seasoned professional in talent development and account management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at Spire since August 2017, Jill previously held the position of Senior Account Director at Cannonball where responsibilities included strategic partnership management, business development, and marketing communication planning for notable accounts like Pinnacle Entertainment and Vanguard. Earlier roles at Rivet and Fleishman-Hillard International Communications involved leading major client accounts, managing financial performance, and executing successful marketing strategies. Jill is equipped with advanced degrees in Communication and Media Studies as well as Socio Political Communication from Missouri State University.
