Mark Darrell is a retired lawyer and executive with over 30 years of experience in legal and compliance roles. They served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at Spire Inc. from 2012 to present, advising senior leadership and overseeing the legal function. Prior to this, Mark held positions including General Counsel at The Laclede Group, Inc. and Columbia Gas of Virginia, Inc., among others. Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Syracuse University and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
