Mark Lowe

Mark Lowe, P.E. is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in gas supply and operations services. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Spire since November 2020, Mark previously held vice president roles at Washington Gas from 2014 to 2020, overseeing a substantial team responsible for gas supply, engineering, and operations, including significant asset management initiatives. Mark's career spans several leadership positions at Washington Gas, including Division Head and Director roles, where key accomplishments included the co-creation of an asset optimization program and the development of improved work management systems. Earlier experience includes management positions at El Paso Energy and Arco Pipeline Co., along with project direction at Groundwater Technology B.V. Mark holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BS in Geological Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology.
