Tom Howard has over 29 years of experience in the utility industry, currently serving as a Meter Repair Tech at Spire, formerly known as The Laclede Group, since February 1994. Prior to this role, Tom served in the US Navy Reserve as a Special Warfare Combatant-Craft Crewman from November 2001 to December 2009. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Pensacola State College, completed in 2019, as well as an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations, obtained in 2017.
