Alexander Mager

Alexander Mager currently serves as the VP of Business Development and Sales for Germany, European institutions, and NATO at Spire since October 2025. Prior to this role, Mager held positions including Head of Institutional Relations at ArianeGroup from January 2020 to September 2025, and Managing Director at Ludwig Bölkow Campus GmbH from July 2013 to December 2019. Mager's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Airbus and Airbus Defence and Space, such as Head of Ludwig Bölkow Campus Project and Head of Strategic Business Development, as well as a VP role at Galileo Industries GmbH focused on Business Development, Strategy, and Communication. Mager's educational background includes an MBA from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics from VWA München, along with Officer Training in the Bundeswehr, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the reserves.
