Jane Gurevich, CPA, has an extensive background in accounting and internal controls. They served as Internal Audit Director at ESAB from 2024 to 2025 and are currently the Director of SOX and Internal Controls at Spire. Jane's previous roles include Manager of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Nuverra Environmental Solutions and Senior Manager at Deloitte. They began their career as a Tax Assistant at BeachFleischman PC and have also held consulting roles at Protiviti. Jane earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management.
