Bill Thomas

Bill Thomas is the current Chairman at Spirent Communications. Bill has held previous positions at Node4 Ltd, FireEye, Inc., and The Co-operative Bank plc. Bill also served as an independent director at Leeds University Business School from 2011 to 2017. In 2015, they became the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Royal Navy & Royal Marines Charity and served in that role until 2021. From 2010 to 2019, they were the President of Alumni and a member of the council at Cranfield University.

Bill Thomas completed an MBA at Cranfield School of Management in 1992, followed by a DSc in 2010. Bill's educational background is in business administration and management, digital systems, and mathematics.
